I wear a lot of hats both on and off set - directing, producing, writing, editing, art directing, and filming - and a UC Berkeley Film and Media Studies degree has equipped me with the skills necessary to approach film from an analytical and theoretical standpoint as well. In 2014, I spent a summer in Paris studying film at Reid Hall, a global academic center owned and operated by Columbia University - but beyond writing academic papers, I also love getting my hands on a camera to film. And even beyond that - my next favorite thing to do is promote films, whether in the form of marketing, establishing an online digital presence, or planning screening events to get these movies out into the world. 

I have worked on independent sets and professional commercial sets, so I'm familiar with the hustle and bustle of varying film environments. It's fast, it's chaotic, I love it.

And, in case you're wondering - my all-time favorite movie is the widely obscure and relatively unknown cinematic masterpiece known as Home Alone.
